Architecture does not end with the design. Each project results from the articulation of architectural intent, functional requirements, regulatory constraints, building performance and the realities of construction.
We integrate these dimensions from the beginning of the process, incorporating expertise in energy efficiency, acoustics, heritage, management and construction supervision. The objective is to make informed decisions, reduce incompatibilities and guide each project with greater coherence between concept and execution.

From Project to Realisation
At SETE SETE NOVE, ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN, we understand each project as a continuous process in which the decisions made at every stage shape the final result.
From architectural conception to technical development, we bring together different areas of expertise, including interior architecture, energy efficiency, acoustics, heritage, management and construction supervision. Whenever necessary, we also coordinate the different disciplines involved, seeking to ensure coherence between intent, design and execution.
This approach allows us to anticipate problems, support informed decisions and guide each intervention with rigour, so that what is designed can be effectively built and meet the objectives defined for each project.
